Pro is $29/month and Studio is $99/month, both billed month-to-month and both dropping the per-session fee. All plans use Stripe for payments, with payouts going directly into your own bank account. WorkshopFolio charges no commission on your bookings.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free to keep with no time limit and no credit card required to start — you only pay $10 for each session you publish. Upgrade to Pro or Studio anytime to drop the per-session fee and unlock more.
What are the payment processing fees?
Stripe's standard processing rate (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in the US) applies and goes directly to Stripe. WorkshopFolio does not add any markup or take any percentage of your bookings.
Does WorkshopFolio take a commission on my bookings?
No, never. WorkshopFolio is not a marketplace that promotes other instructors to your students or takes a cut of what you earn. You keep 100% of your revenue minus Stripe processing fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Your data (students, bookings, history) remains accessible if you downgrade or cancel.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No credit card is required to create an account or set up your profile. You only need to connect a Stripe account (or create a free one) when you're ready to take your first booking.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Both plans give you unlimited workshops. Starter is free and charges $10 for each session you publish — ideal for occasional instructors or trying WorkshopFolio for the first time.
